Time just seems to be flashing by these days. I think trying to go slow, and really 'live' each day, is the way forward. But it's easy to say it, right? we so easily just sleepwalk through life - 'mesauring it out in coffee spoons' - you know what I mean. But I'm sure the writing helps - I've looked back on my blog and remembered things I'd forgotten already!
